Amicus Lawyers are bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). Our server may send cookies to your web browser, make a record of your visit and log information for statistical and security purposes only. This includes information such as the date and time of your visit, your domain and server name. It does not contain any personal information such as your personal name and address. No information that is collected will be passed on to any unrelated third parties. We take reasonable steps to protect all information which we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
